2. What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week, 7am-8pm. Hours of operation may adjust based on holidays.

3. How do I become a member?

It’s easy! Simply sign up online or at the pay station during your next visit. We offer affordable car wash membership plans for every budget.

Your monthly membership automatically renews each month on the anniversary of your original enrollment date.

4. Can I use my unlimited membership at any Tsunami Express location?

Yes, you can ride the wave with your unlimited membership at any Tsunami Express location.

5. How do I access my online account?

Tsunami Express members can view account details, change their family plan, update payment information and more, directly through their free online account!

How to register your account

If you are accessing your online account for the first time, first, you need to complete a short sign up process.

  1. Go to My Tsunami Express account (linked).
  2. Select Register Here
  3. Enter your email, license plate, and last four digits of your card on file
  4. You’ll receive a one-time passcode to your email within five minutes. Enter this in the Code field, then select Log In

New! We’ve upgraded our online account experience as of August 2024.

All members, even those who previously signed up for an account online, will need to complete the registration steps in order to access their membership account.

6. Is the car wash green?

Our commitment to the environment is as deep as the ocean! We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are gentle on your car and the planet. Our top-notch equipment does a great job cleaning cars, and it’s also energy efficient, using less power to help reduce our carbon footprint. Our water reclamation systems whisk away any dirt, oil, and grime, so we can recycle 70% of our water. And our high-tech systems eliminate effluent discharge (that’s the icky wastewater that usually ends up in sewage tanks if you hand wash your car at home, harming our aquatic friends).

7. What new technologies are being used at Tsunami Express?

We’re proud of our Tsunami Express CleanTech, and it’s all about giving your ride the best treatment without any of the bad stuff. No harsh chemicals, no petroleum goop, and definitely no waxy, greasy leftovers. Just pure car care from the inside out!

We offer state-of-the-art automatic car washes including our Tsunami Bug Blast, Double Premium Softtouch Wraps (every wash is a double wash!), tire scrub and shineunderbody blast, ceramic treatment and a hyper heated dry with 12 blowers that will leave you spotless and ready to hit the road again.

8. Can I just pay for a single wash?

Yes, we offer single washes on-site at the pay station. However, if you wash more than twice per month, a Tsunami Express unlimited membership will save you money!

9. Will the brushes damage my vehicle?

No! Tsunami Express uses state-of-the-art soft touch foam brushes that are gentle on your car’s paint, but thorough enough to leave them spotless.

10. Are there vehicles Tsunami Express is unable to wash?

We are unable to wash vehicles with the following features:

  • Vehicles taller than 7’2”.
  • Trucks with dual rear wheels or wheels wider than 13”.
  • Truck beds with debris.
  • Vehicles with ladders, large racks or any rear mounted rack.
  • Vehicles with excessive mud.
  • Vehicles with rust or perforated metal.
11. Do I have to pay to use Tsunami Express vacuums?

No! Our vacuums are free to use, and we offer a complimentary detail center with interior car cleaning supplies as well as self-service air for tires at no cost.

12. Does Tsunami Express offer gift packs?

Yes, we offer two Gift Packs options that can be purchased online or in the office of any Tsunami Express location:

  • 6 Wax & Wave Washes – Buy 4. Get 6. ($64)
  • 3 Wax & Wave Washes – Buy 2. Get 3. ($32)
13. How can I cancel my membership?

Our Customer Support Team can be reached at 219-400-3700 or [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days before your next renewal date to avoid any further charges.
