Tsunami Express Founders Club Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Tsunami Express Founders Club, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Activation
Upon purchase, a non-refundable charge of $0.01 will be applied to your designated payment method to reserve your membership and establish auto-payment.
No additional charges will be made until after the grand opening of your selected Tsunami Express location.
Your membership will activate on the date of your selected location’s grand opening.
The first $19.99 monthly membership fee will be charged at the end of your location’s grand opening celebration, and will recur on a monthly basis thereafter.
If you visit any Central Wisconsin location before your membership is activated at your primary location, your membership will activate and billing will begin immediately.
2. Availability and Eligibility
This promotion is available exclusively for new Tsunami Express customers and is limited to online purchases only.
Founders Club memberships are only valid for use at the following Tsunami Express locations:
- Wisconsin Rapids, WI
- Plover, WI
- Stevens Point, WI
Memberships may not be used at any other Tsunami Express locations.
This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold or reassigned to another individual or vehicle.
3. Pricing and Plan Restrictions
The Founders Club discounted rate of $19.99 per month is valid only for the T2 with Graphene wash package.
If the Member elects to downgrade, upgrade, or otherwise modify the membership plan, the Founders Club pricing will be forfeited. The discounted rate cannot be reinstated once removed.
The Founders Club offer is subject to limited availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at Tsunami Express’s sole discretion.
4. Usage Policy
Membership entitles the registered vehicle to one car wash per calendar day at the enrolled location.
Wash redemptions may not be accumulated, transferred, or credited toward any other services or wash packages.
This membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial vehicles are not eligible.
Membership applies to one vehicle only. Additional vehicles require separate memberships.
Wash redemptions will be managed via license plate recognition technology. Members are responsible for ensuring that license plate information is accurate and up to date.
5. Payment and Account Standing
The Member is required to maintain a valid and active payment method on file.
Any lapse in payment, failed transaction, cancellation, or change in billing information that results in suspension or termination of the membership will invalidate the Founders Club offer, and the discounted rate will not be reinstated.
This offer is not eligible for reactivation under any circumstances once canceled or terminated.
The Founders Club promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, including but not limited to family plans, loyalty benefits, or additional discounts.
6. Misuse and Termination
Tsunami Express reserves the right to revoke or terminate any membership at any time in the event of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other company policies.
All Founders Club members are subject to Tsunami Express’s general membership Terms of Service, including usage limits, conduct requirements, and operational policies.
By purchasing the Founders Club membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
