This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, or Wisconsin who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Void outside these states and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Tsunami Express Intermediate Holdco (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on February 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on February 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
There are two (2) ways to enter. Each participant may earn a maximum of four (4) entries during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method.
To enter via social media:
1. Download the free Tsunami Express mobile application (available for iOS and Android) and register your free account
2. Visit Tsunami Express’s Facebook or Instagram page during the Sweepstakes Period
3. Locate the official Sweepstakes post
4. Like the official sweepstakes post and follow the Tsunami Express account
Completing all of the above steps equals ONE (1) entry. Users who already follow Tsunami Express Car Wash and who already have downloaded the free Tsunami Express mobile application and registered their free account are eligible to enter, so long as they meet all entry criteria.
You may earn up to three (3) additional bonus entries by tagging friends in a comment on the official Sweepstakes post. Each friend tag counts as one (1) additional entry. You may tag up to three (3) different friends for a maximum of three (3) bonus entries.

You may submit up to four (4) mail-in entries during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to the following restrictions:
Maximum entries via Method 2: Four (4) entries per person
Maximum of four (4) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method. You may not use a combination of both entry methods to exceed four (4) total entries.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries using multiple names, identities, email addresses, or accounts to exceed the entry limit will be disqualified.
One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter, email, and/or telephone within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If any requested document is not returned within the specified time period, or if winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited.
Winner will be announced publicly on or about March 15, 2026 via social media and/or on Sponsor’s website.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) certificate good for a seven (7) day/six (6) night ocean cruise for two (2) adults.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,277.00 USD
Actual value may vary based on date of travel, departure port, and cruise line. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize if required by law.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize is non-transferable (except as stated above), and non-redeemable for cash (except where required by law). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries using multiple email addresses or accounts, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc., the cruise lines, travel agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage.
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city and state of residence, biographical information, prize information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries; (2) errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; (3) incorrect or inaccurate information; (4) technical failures or malfunctions of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, websites, or social media platforms; (5) unauthorized human intervention; (6) printing, typographical, or other errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (7) other errors relating to the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.tsunamiexpress.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Sponsor will use your personal information only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes as described herein and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Except where prohibited, by entering, entrants agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Clackamas County, Oregon. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
