Will my current membership still work?

For most members, your Take 5 membership will continue working as it does today.

Only Take 5 Car Wash Mobile App members will need to take an extra step. Keep eye on your email inbox, and we’ll send you simple steps to continue your membership.

 

Will you raise prices?

No! Your current membership and single wash pricing remain the same. In fact, once you lock in your membership with Take5, we’ll grandfather you into that price going forward.

 

Will my billing date or method change?

No. Your billing will continue on the same date and through the same payment method you’re used to.

 

Will I need to sign up for a new membership again?

For most members, your membership will automatically transfer to Tsunami Express!

Only Take 5 Car Wash Mobile App members will need to take an extra step. Keep eye on your email inbox, and we’ll send you simple steps to continue your membership.

Will I still see the same team at my location?

Yes, you’ll see the same friendly faces you know today. Our team is here to make the transition smooth and consistent.

 

Will the wash quality change?

Not right away! You’ll still enjoy the same experience you’re used to. Over time, we’ll be bringing in Tsunami Express upgrades like advanced CleanTech and improved solutions to make your wash even better.

Will there be downtime or interruptions?

In most cases, no! Some locations may experience temporary closures (just a few days!) later in 2025 to install new upgrades. We’ll keep you updated.

Will hours change?

Your location’s hours will stay the same for now. We are likely to extend operating hours at many locations coming soon!

 

Do I have to use a new app or account?

Nothing new is required right now. If we add tools or benefits down the road, we’ll let you know how to access them!

Will I need a new RFID tag or membership number?

For customers using an RFID tag, your current tag and membership number will continue working as usual!

Will I be able to wash at Tsunami Express locations?

Not immediately, but soon! As we work to unify your location with Tsunami Express, you’ll be able to leverage all wash locations with your membership. We’ll keep you updated!

 

Why did this change happen?

Tsunami Express has acquired these locations to bring customers an even better wash experience, expanded perks, and more convenient locations. We’re here to invest in your location and make it the best it’s ever been!
