My membership isn’t showing up in the mobile app! How do I add it?
Don’t worry, this is a quick fix! If your membership isn’t showing up in the Tsunami Express mobile app, it just needs to be linked.
To add or migrate your existing membership into the Tsunami Express mobile app:

- Download the Tsunami Express mobile app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to get started.
- Enter your email and create a password.
- Complete the account verification steps.
- Then, migrate your existing membership. On the Home screen, tap the 3-dot menu on the bottom right.
- Select ‘Migrate Existing Plan.’
- Choose your vehicle option:
- If you’re a Tsunami Express member: Enter your License Plate with no spaces.
- If you’re a previous Pride’s Express member: Enter your License Plate with no spaces.
- If you’re a previous Take 5 member: Enter your Fast Pass/RFID sticker number (in the format #####+######).
- Select your primary wash location.
- Complete the migration flow.
If you have multiple vehicles with memberships, each vehicle will need to go through the migration steps individually.
Now, you’re all set!

Pro tip! If you accidentally added a vehicle as New into your Garage instead of migrating, you will need to remove the new vehicle first.

- On the Home screen, tap the Garage (icon of cars) in the bottom middle.
- Select the vehicle you wish to update, then tap the Pencil icon in the upper right corner.
- Select ‘Remove Vehicle’.
- Then, complete the migration steps above.
How do I find my receipts?

- On the Home screen, tap the 3-dot menu on the bottom right.
- Select ‘User Settings’.
- Select ‘View Payment History’.
How can I update my personal information?

- On the Home screen, tap the 3-dot menu on the bottom right.
- Select ‘User Settings’.
- Tap your name at the very top of the screen.
How can I update my credit card information?

- On the Home screen, tap the 3-dot menu on the bottom right.
- Select ‘User Settings’.
- Select ‘Manage Payment Methods’.
How can I update my vehicle details?

- On the Home screen, tap the Garage (icon of cars) in the bottom middle.
- Select the vehicle you wish to update, then tap the Pencil icon in the upper right corner.
- Select ‘Update Vehicle’.
How can I change my wash package?

- On the Home screen, tap the Garage (icon of cars) in the bottom middle.
- Select the vehicle you wish to update, then tap the Pencil icon in the upper right corner.
- Under Active Plan, select ‘Manage’
- Tap ‘Current Plan’.
- Select your new plan and complete the flow.
How can I pause my membership?

- On the Home screen, tap the Garage (icon of cars) in the bottom middle.
- Select the vehicle you wish to update, then tap the Pencil icon in the upper right corner.
- Under Active Plan, select ‘Manage’
- Tap ‘Pause Your Plan’.
- Select your pause duration and complete the flow.
How do I share my membership access with someone else in my household?
If someone in your household also drives and washes with us, you can add them through Family Plans in the Tsunami Express mobile app.
Before you start, all vehicles must be added to the Tsunami Express app. Once they’re in, Family Plans can be viewed and managed.

- On the Home screen, tap the Garage (icon of cars) in the bottom middle.
- Select the vehicle with the active membership.
- Under Active Plan, select ‘Manage’
- Tap ‘Family Plans’.
- Tap ‘Add a Family Plan Account.”
- Complete the flow.
Reminder! Each membership is valid for one vehicle only and cannot be shared across multiple license plates.
What is my membership QR code and how do I use it?
Your membership QR code is unique to you and gives our team instant access to your account.
Just show it on your phone for quick help on-site, whether you’re cruising through the wash faster or need assistance with your membership. Easy, fast, no digging required!

- Tap the floating circular QR code in the lower right corner.
How does license plate recognition work?
With our new upgrades, your vehicle is automatically recognized when you arrive!
Our system quickly finds your active membership so the gate opens and you’re on your way: no manual scanning and no windshield sticker needed. Just pull up and go!
Why did I receive a cancellation email after migration?
Totally normal! That email confirms your account was closed in our old system and successfully moved to our new one. Your membership is still active and good to go.
For peace of mind, you can always view your current status and activity in the app under Your Garage. If something doesn’t look right, reach out to us through our Help page!
How do I access my online membership account?
Heads up! We’ve upgraded our digital account experience as of December 2025.
All members, even those who previously signed up for an account online, will need to complete migration and registration steps in order to access their membership account.
Tsunami Express members, view your account details directly through your free online account!
First time logging in? Download the Tsunami Express app, then register your account!
If you’re accessing your online account for the first time, you’ll need to complete a short sign-up process first.

- Go to My Tsunami Express account and click or tap Register Here.
- Follow the steps to create your account, verify your email address and member details.
