1. Sponsor
The 12 Days of Giveaways (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Tsunami Express Car Wash (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from December 1–24, 2024. Daily prize winners will be selected and announced from December 12–24, 2024.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tsunami Express Car Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter in the following ways:
Boosted Ads: Completing the entry form through the sponsored Facebook/Instagram posts.
Bonus Entry (Optional): Commenting on Tsunami Express’s daily giveaway posts between December 12–24 earns one (1) additional entry per day.
No purchase is required to enter either method.
All eligible entries collected from December 1–24 will be included in each daily drawing.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected each day from all eligible entries. If no new daily entries are received on a given day, winners will be selected from the total boosted-ad entry pool.
6. Prizes
Each daily winner will receive the prize listed for that day’s giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified through the method used to enter (email, phone, or social media direct message). Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Tsunami Express Car Wash may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Tsunami Express Car Wash from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time
Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms
11. Privacy
Information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared.
12. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
